| hey there. I really don't know much about fish at all. I think they are fun to watch and it help me relax after work. I have a 40gallon at my mom house. I have 8 male convicts that are about 6-8inches big. I travel a lot and don't get to see them often. My friend showed me this forum and I thought it was interesting. I am actually a very busy person and don't go on the net much. But I am glad to be a part of this forum. | |

| Welcome Sounds like you got a good start. You will have population problems with that many convicts in the same tank They are the rabbits of the freshwater aquarium....LOL | |

| They are in a 40gallon tank with lot of rocks and it is being filtered by an 110aquaclear hang on filter. Sorry, I can't recall. Far away from home I am. | |
